Splatoon 3 Turf War
No Enemy Ink (0.0%) Wins
According to Inkipedia, both Splatoon 1 and Splatoon 2’s Spawn Points automatically give Team Alpha and Team Bravo 6 points (6p) of turf. This means that getting no enemy ink (0.0%) in Splatoon 1 and 2 is impossible.
However, with the removal of Spawn Points and the introduction of Splatoon 3’s airborne Spawner, either team can now theoretically have ink coverage from 0.0% to 100.0%!
Achieving no enemy ink (0.0%) in Splatoon 3 Turf War is not easy. I think it is extremely difficult, since enemies naturally want to ink to some extent. You need both: 1) a strong opening, where the enemy team doesn’t ink too much and 2) a perfect ending: where the enemy team doesn’t ink at all, neither you nor your teammates get splatted and no spots of enemy ink are missed when repainting!
Fortunately, getting no enemy ink (0.0%) can be somewhat forgiving. Because of the game’s rounding, it is possible to get 0.0% enemy ink even if the enemy team has either 0p or 1p. Unfortunately though, anything from 2p to 21p results in between 0.1% and 0.9% enemy ink.
With that being said, below is a slideshow of Splatoon 3 maps where my teammates and I have achieved no enemy ink (0.0%). So far, we’ve accomplished this on:
• Barnacle & Dime (1 time)
• Bluefin Depot (1 time)
• Crableg Capital (4 times)
• Lemuria Hub (5 times)
• Robo ROM-en (1 time)
• Scorch Gorge (3 times)

Splatoon 3 Turf War
Four Disconnects Win
According to Inkipedia, if a player disconnects more than one minute into a Turf War battle, the battle will continue. This means the match can continue as a 4v3, 4v2, or even 4v1 battle.
However, if all four opponents disconnect before the results screen appears, the battle will end abruptly with a “communication error.” This error not only ends the battle but also closes the joinable room and no battle replay will be available to any player.
However, it is possible to win even if all four enemies disconnect! Sounds contradictory, right?
In the video below, you can see a 4v1 with 1 minute and 40 seconds remaining on the Turf War timer. With 6 seconds left, the final enemy appears to glitch into the floor but remains connected to the game.
When the match ends with “GAME!”, you can see the player emerge from the glitched floor, showing they are still connected to the game. At some point after, the final opponent disconnects.
As a result, the game registers both 1) a win for your team and 2) all four opponents having disconnected. You can see this on the results screen: every opponent has 0p and their stats are crossed out!
